“This was the first time we had used an on line estate agent, and we are very happy with turtle homes, we have dealt with Gareth for most of the time and found him very helpful and always there when needed, if we ever move in future we would definitely choose turtle homes, and will recommend to family and friends. “Excellent experience with Turtle Homes. We selected the no sale no fee option. We received two offers on our house within three weeks of the house being put on Rightmove. I think we would have paid much more had we put our home up for sale using local estate agents. It took a while for the sale to go through due to delays with solicitors but Laura at Turtle Homes provided a lot of support for us in progressing the sale and liaising between the two sides. Overall, very good experience and would use Turtle Homes again.”

“The house had a good layout and tidy. Didn't realise I'd looked at the house next door! The garden was nice. With it being a new house the thing that let me down was the amount of cupboard space in the kitchen but also the parking.”

“We had our house on the market last year with another estate agents and sold it but we had to pull out due to the seller of the house we were buying taking it off the market so we decided to put it on again this year so we decided this year to use an internet company instead and we decided to use turtle homes as they are a local company and weare so glad we did the service we received was fantastic we had Gareth and Laura dealing with the sale of our house ,they arranged all of the viewings for us and always contacted us with feed back after each viewing ,they were very helpfull and always answered our questions and helped us if we needed any information .The service we received was just as good as any high street estate ,I was expecting much less as we were paying so much less but not once did they disappoint us in any way we sold our house in less than a week and had 6 viewings and will be hopefully exchanging contracts soon,give this company a go you won't be dissapointed.”

“Turtlehomes were professional at all times. When we decided to use them to sell our house they were prompt with sending out someone to photograph and get floor plans. This was on all the major website quickly and we sold our house in 4 hrs!!! Thank you so much for all your help, we'd definitely use you again.”

“The communication about interested viewers was delivered on time everyday via email. Potential buyers inquiries were acted upon quickly and efficiently when received [even out of office hours] so we never missed an interested party. After instructing Turtle to market our home the day after the photographer visited and plans where arranged. The same week our advert was live on all the major property sites We sold our house in three weeks. Without a ridiculous outdated commission fee just a flat rate you know where your finances are and after all its your money. Turtle homes are highly recommended to everyone who just wants to sell their home quickly and efficiently for a price that cant be beaten. How are high street estate agents still in business?”

“I always found staff very friendly to deal with and whoever I contacted were very quick and efficient in getting back to me with the information I required. Really happy with the level of service we received and would definitely recommend turtle homes to anyone needing an estate agent. I also know, from speaking to the vendors of the property that we are moving to, they are also in the same situation and communications between them and the estate agent have been both frequent and progressive. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.”

“The adviser I spoke to quickly took my details, got in touch with vendor and arranged a viewing very quickly which was good. The confirmation email I received did state that the Sales Negotiator would be accompanying me at the viewing and didn't so that was a bit confusing.”

“The team at Turtlehomes were excellent with the sale of our property. There were a number of delays along the way, but as appropriate they kept us informed and helped where they could to get an exchange and completion as quickly as possible. In the end we did both on the same day, but thankfully all went through well. This is the second time we have used them and would not hesitate to recommend.”
