“Like their Nela range, which comes at a good price point, but often has quite a few items "out of stock". Products are normally well packaged for shipment.”

Hi Tom, Thanks for leaving your review. We have looked into your order and can see there was a delay at the delivery depot, however, we can see from the tracking that it's due to be delivered today. If you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Thanks, TW

“Ordered shed 18/5/22 Was told delivery would be 5 to 7 days Been informed delivery will be 24/6/22 Installation 1/7/22 Not happy, you have your money but I have to wait 6 weeks for my shed. If I had known this was the case I would of gone elsewhere”

Hi David, Thanks for your review - we've taken your comments on board and we're working with the shed supplier to reduce the delivery time. Unfortunately, your order arrived just as they had run out of stock of the shed you ordered; we communicated this with you numerous times and kept you informed along the way; however, we understand your frustrations and have been noted. If you have any further disruptions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Thanks, TW

“Base is good, inside of it is also good. One big flaw is the plastic handle for pulling that bag doesn't seem steady as I am a handyman myself and do understand from such things. This tool bag I have returned!”
