“Excellent price, prompt, no hassle, service and delivery. Item packaging damaged, also cosmetic damage on the item itself. Including wires exposed on the power cord. We have photos. Am yet to test it, sure it works fine.”

“seems to be a shortage of mortar stands at the time of writing this review, so prepared to pay a higher price . Quality product. Unfortunately it does not sit flat on the floor. Whether it was damaged in transit or it is a manufacturing fault I can't say. Packaging was extremely poor. Looked like it was wrapped in a rubbish sack. I called TW Wholesale and was put on hold for half hour before I hung up. Trying to resolve the matter . I will keep you informed.”

Hi William, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving a review. We have asked you to supply images of your spot board stand so we can send these to the Supplier for inspection and hopefully organise a replacement to be sent to you. I have personally spoken with the two members of staff that have been dealing with your spot board stand and they have assured me that you were not on hold for 30 minutes - that would and has never happened at TW Wholesale. “Shocking, stuck on with weak adhesive pads, as soon as I rubbed a wet brush on it (before 1st use) the head completely came off the handle”

“Poor service from the very beginning paid for next day delivery arrived 3 days later no answers available other than blaming the courier then when arrived damaged looks like it’s been used and definitely not brand new. Shop elsewhere very unhelpful first time use and last”
