“Paid for next day delivery. Didn't come. I then asked for delivery to a different address where i waited all day and so missed a day of work, only for the delivery to go to the original address. Absolute rubbish”

“I am still waiting to receive the product, the courier company your have sent it with DX saying they tried to deliver but they have attempted it because I have been home waiting for it since Thursday. Now they saying it’s coming on Monday, Let’s see if it arrives.”

“After reading some of the bad reviews about TW I was a bit hesitant to order. However, I'm happy I ignored them! I received a call the day after ordering to say the Dewalt impact gun I had ordered was only available in the hogring version and did I still want it? I did. Despite having not paid for express delivery I received the delivery the next day. Great service, thoroughly recommended”
