“Paid for next day delivery. Didn't come. I then asked for delivery to a different address where i waited all day and so missed a day of work, only for the delivery to go to the original address. Absolute rubbish”

Hi Timothy, thanks for the review. Unfortunately, the courier let us down in this case and the delivery instruction wasn't followed; this is a rarity and usually, everything goes to plan. As a gesture of goodwill and apology for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you a 10% Discount Code* for your next order, if you wish to return. Please email brenn@twwholesale.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. *not applicable to power tools.

Hi Aleem, thanks for your review. I can see from the tracking that your parcel was attempted for delivery on Thursday 21/04/2022 at 14:39. I have a picture of your front door, so I know the driver was there. Luckily, your parcel is due to be delivered to you today between 12:56 and 14:56. Please make sure the delivery address you have provided is correct. If you have any further issues, please call us on 01283 558313 and we can assist with the delivery. Thanks, TW

“After reading some of the bad reviews about TW I was a bit hesitant to order. However, I'm happy I ignored them! I received a call the day after ordering to say the Dewalt impact gun I had ordered was only available in the hogring version and did I still want it? I did. Despite having not paid for express delivery I received the delivery the next day. Great service, thoroughly recommended”
