Hi, Thanks for leaving your review - apologies this hasn't arrived yet, you haven't contacted us to discuss your order. That being said, I can see from the tracking that your order was shipped on the same day, however, has suffered a delay during the weekend and that has caused a knock-on this week. Please expect your parcel to arrive in the next couple of days. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Regards, TW
