“Item was in good condition, however, it didn’t come within the 1-3 days as stated on the website and that was the only reason why I ordered from TW because I needed this tool quickly, I and because it was delivered late the item was no longer needed because I ended up having to buy a trowel elsewhere.”

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for leaving your review. We've investigated your particular order can see that it was unfortunately delayed within a courier depot due to storm weather impacting most of the United Kingdom throughout the weekend. We're certain that if the storm didn't exist then you would have received your order within the expected 1-3 working day time frame. Apologies we didn't meet your expected shopping experience this time, however, we hope to see you shop with us again so we can provide our usual service that many of our customers are happy with. Kind regards, TW

“Easy to order and a great price. I shopped around for this model for a while and Tool Superstore was easiest the lowest price out there. The saw arrived quicker than expected with no delay. I was really happy with how this order went and it means I'll be back (when the wife is educated how much I need a table saw!)”
