Hi Paul, Thanks for leaving your review - despite making every effort to contact you in a reasonable timeframe to inform you that Werner/Youngman was unfortunately out of stock of the ladder you had ordered, without giving us prior notice beforehand. We understand this is an inconvenience to you and fully respect your decision to leave the review that you have, however, we would appreciate it if you could reflect upon the level of service you received from us after you had placed your order to make a more informed decision. That being said, you have told us you're happy to wait for the stepladder and don't mind the wait as it appears the majority of the UK are out of stock. “ordered on the 31 December 2021 arrived today on the 19 January, very helpful chap at tw told me to take back to hermes store for return, 20 minutes later all done so i hope for a swift refund”
