“Excellent service. Ordered a Ragni Stainless Steel Rounded Margin Trowel 80mm X 110mm and it arrived in a couple of days, in time to do a small, but difficult plastering job at the weekend. The trowel is much easier to use in the small space I needed to plaster than a standard plastering trowel. It seems well made and cleaned up nicely after the job was done.”

“I got one of these for Christmas (also from TW) and bought this second myself. Unfortunately, the one I bought had a couple of issues (nothing to do with TW) both quality control issues with Toughbuilt; I managed to resolve both issues myself one with some filing, the other with some grease. Very happy with TW, delivery was quick and the price was very good. Having resolved the initial issues I'm also happy with the sawhorses; very sturdy and made to last.”

“toolstore service and delivery excellent. however product advertised as 3.7 mtr Long by 2.8 wide but in actual fact it is only 3.4 mars long not as advertised.”

“Case is broken and fastening clips. Obviously happened before packaging as missing pieces not in parcel. Poor quality control. Mot impressed as Christmas presentation .”
