“Sent products that were about to go out of date. Called them to explain I was unhappy about that - it was mentioned it would be c. 1 year use by on the website. Was told that I would have to pay for them to be returned, which obviously I was unhappy about. I’m still waiting for a call back from them which I was promised. Absolute nightmare, currently spent a huge amount of money on a product that will be worth nothing by the time I come to use it in a few months.”

Hi Camille, Thanks for your review. As we have mentioned on the phone, there is nothing wrong with the product and is still perfectly usable. None of our tubs are about to go out of date and at the earliest, it is the end of September for our first batch - if the bags inside the tubs remain sealed the product actually has a much longer expiry date than detailed; the product can even be stored in water once opened for up to a month. You will need to return the products at your cost if you wish to change the tubs, this is standard practice from any retailer. Regards, TW Wholesale

“Broke my last refina so I ordered a new one and expected to be waiting a few days. It arrived in two days. Absolute life saver. I’ve bought from these guys before as have most of the blokes I work with. They’re always provide top class service and are well priced”

“was expecting delivery thursday now monday and still waiting. The only tracking says "we were unable to deliver your parcel we will deliver next working day" but nothing friday saterday or monday”

“TW had everything I required at a good price the products were all as stated. However the delivery system let them down. Delaying my project by over 2 weeks. (The delivery was only 2 days late but the knock on effect has mental I ran out of time to complete the project before returning to work).”
