Hi Ioannis, Thanks for your review. Sorry to see you haven't received your order yet. We have reviewed the tracking and can see there was actually an attempted delivery on the 22/07/2022 at 09:10am. Unfortunately, there was no answer at the door and the parcel could not be left safe due to the location. Additionally, another delivery was attempted this morning at 09:54 and was unsuccessful. Please ensure you are at the delivery address when the parcel is due. “Fantastic product at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, caring and customer-focused. However, the actual delivery was a shambles! There was no communication at all to inform/confirm delivery (despite the shop staff going the extra mile to make this as smooth as possible) - the guy just turned up at the door and dumped the pallets on the driveway! Really not impressed”
