“Being a plasterer ive tried many sponge floats. This one has to be the worst. It didnt glide along the wall smoothly and the sponge came off the handle after 2 days.”

“Great lighting output, very solid, doesn't always spring back upright but that's a small niggle. I think it's well made but pricey, having said that, I'll definitely buy more if I can get them on offer!”

“Had to return an item which was too heavy to post. Mike and Daryl were very helpful and arranged to have it picked up and replaced with the same model which I'm pleased to say worked. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. Well done!”

“I ordered a SIP workbench which arrived with faulty parts. The staff were very good to send 2 replacements until I was satisfied. Just a shame the quality of the product manufacture was not better although the price was good.”

“Following a problem with my order I was contacted promptly by a member of the sales team and offered an alternative product. The salesman was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Service was very good and I will use this company again. [The only tiny drawback was the delivery.which took 4 working days after dispatch but that could have been down to the Post Office].”
