“The staff are really helpful and go out of their way to guide you - Les (McC) was really helpful and a good character too but ALL staff are great. The prices could be a bit sharper but it's a good place to browse for anything DIY you may need but set up for trade mainly. It's a trek for me to go there so only go when I visit Swad or the dentist there but always worth popping in :+1::white_check_mark::+1:”

“Following a problem with my order I was contacted promptly by a member of the sales team and offered an alternative product. The salesman was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Service was very good and I will use this company again. [The only tiny drawback was the delivery.which took 4 working days after dispatch but that could have been down to the Post Office].”

“Recently bought a Makita Drill online, next day delivery well packaged, did have a problem when it arrived on the case stated 3 batteries a bit confused and tried to contact them on their web site via email but not received as there was problems on their web site. Since spoken to them and all sorted now, pleased with outcome, found out that they were just trying to help customers to get a good deal which I think I did, thank you guys. (Will use again)”

“I ordered a SIP workbench which arrived with faulty parts. The staff were very good to send 2 replacements until I was satisfied. Just a shame the quality of the product manufacture was not better although the price was good.”

“First time I've purchased from this company. On day I place my order, I received email to say goods had been despatched, but 8 days later goods had not arrived so I emailed the company. Received a personal phone call next day with genuine apology and full explanation for regrettable delay. Goods then arrived as promised the very next day. The mark of a good/excellent company is not that they never make mistakes, it's that they immediately take action to resolve problems. I am very pleased with this company and would it hesitate to deal with them again.”
