“I had to contact TW because the advertised set of cutting discs had a mandrel and 5 discs, but the set Ireceived only had 2. There was a mistake in the catalogue details, and in fact the set received had a label which said there were 5 discs. Because ir was a mistake TW kindly sent a set with 5 discs free of charge. Thanks!”

“Mixer paddle arrived damaged - TWW were good they sent out a new one. The logo sticker on the mixer fell off. This is not really TWW's fault but I've asked for their advice on sticking it back on. I would definitely consider ordering from them again as very response and no quibbles sending out replacments. Shame about the label on the mixer.”
