“8th May 2014.. Wonderful service by TW Wholesale Ltd. (A UK company.) No problems at all. Would recommend to anyone. Here's what happened... After placing the purchase order, I received three separate e-mails.. 1st was the order confirmation with a reference number. 2nd e-mail was a copy of the invoice (in a pdf format) with reference number. 3rd and final email was to confirm my order (detailing contents) had been despatched, with a reference number. As they had my order in stock, I received all 3 e-mails the same day (8th May 2014), and my parcel arrived the next day. Another thing I'll add here so you all know, during the checkout process you can leave instructions for your delivery, such as leave with a neighbour etc... I left instructions for my parcel to be left in the porch if no-one answered the door... The instruction was very clearly (in large bold capital letters) written on the box, so the delivery person can clearly see it. Wonderful. The service provided by TW Wholesale Ltd was first class for me and I already do tell other (construction) work colleagues about them.”

“I had seen the lawn edging shears in a garden centre. Garden centres are always expensive so I looked for the same pair on the internet. I was pleased to find them in stock at TW Wholesale at a competitive price. Despatch was almost immediate and I received the item well packed and in good time.”

“First time I've purchased from this company. On day I place my order, I received email to say goods had been despatched, but 8 days later goods had not arrived so I emailed the company. Received a personal phone call next day with genuine apology and full explanation for regrettable delay. Goods then arrived as promised the very next day. The mark of a good/excellent company is not that they never make mistakes, it's that they immediately take action to resolve problems. I am very pleased with this company and would it hesitate to deal with them again.”

“We were looking for a specific set of Bosch powertools, and TW Wholesale were better priced by a country mile! In fact the price was so good, I thought it too good to be true. But after researching the company, and reading these reviews, I was reassured enough to try them out.
