“Product is great - delivery was shocking and courier company didn't notify me that they had even tried to deliver. From order to stock arriving took ten weeks and lots of chasing.”

“Royal Mail managed to take 3+ weeks to deliver my order. I contacted TW who couldn't have been more helpful and despatched a repeat order which arrived in a few days. Eventually the first order turned up!”

“I Don't use the store that often as the things it sells are not my main trade and I use a specialist supplier for that, however for power tools , fixings , sealants and work ware they are great and always a smile happy to help you and discus options at length, if you can't find something in store they will go fetch it for you or get one from the stock room. all in all more helpful than a lot of suppliers I have used.”
