“They're awesome. Just left a review for the coat I got. Never order stuff online, especially clothes. You never know how warm a coat's goona be or how it'll fit. From wisconsin and it can get minus 20-30 without windchill sometimes- i really hope not this year. Was picky on brands and the local ski/outdoor store had this coat just not in my size. Didn't like the other billabong and quiksilver ones they had. They had a couple that looked decent from brands i didn't know but couldn't spend 400 bucks on a coat especially when i liked this one better for under 200. Try to buy local but 2 times i went in and they didn't have it. Looked online after I got home and seen Tyler's. Never heard of them before so checked reviews to make sure they were legit. Called to make sure they actually had it in stock. Guy on the phone was friendly, professional, and fast. They didn't have one at his store so he called the other one to make sure they did. Called me back under 5 minutes later and said they put it off to the side for me so then i actually placed the order. They sent it out quick, was pumped to get it in the mail. Have worn it but haven't skiid with it yet. Looks good-nice colors, warm as you can get one, should be good. Would definitely order from them again. Be cool to go to texas one of these days. If i ever get there, would make it a point to stop at the actual store. Thanks”

“I was so happy with your inventory which made it possible for me to get my grandson a gift he really will. E excited to receive. The only thing I would suggest is to provide updates on when items are processed & shipped, I did not receive any emails with updates which would have taken away the stress of worrying it would arrive in time.”

“Speedy service! I ordered the wrong size boot (as a gift), found out it was wrong after it had shipped. Called customer service and a very nice gal told me I could return them for a full refund as long as they’re received by January 31. The correct size came within a few days of reordering. Much appreciated!!”

“I wanted to buy a pair of Ugg Boots for myself and went to the Uggs site. I received a notice from Capital One Shopping that Tylers had them for $10 cheaper. I went to the site and ordered the boots I wanted. I got them cheaper and quicker than I would have if I had bought them from Ugg. I was kept updated on the shipping and when they were delivered. They were delivered in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will purchase from them again.”

“I was looking for a specific Yeti hoodie that was going to be the perfect gift for my brother, but was sold out in his size everywhere except what seemed to be a random small boutique in Texas. I live in PA. I was so hesitant if this would work out or I’d get scammed for my $75. I received confirmation and the item was shipped via FedEx and received all within 2 weeks. I am so grateful for this and will definitely visit the store in person when I get to Austin!”
