“My item was correct, the price was great. There was a small miscommunication in the shipping as it was a very busy time of year. Tyler's made it right and their customer service was excellent!! I would definitely order from Tyler's again!!”

“I placed an order a week before Christmas. No other places could ship in time for Christmas (unless I paid an exorbitant shipping fee). Tyler's only had one shipping option which was free shipping. I put a note with my order asking them to try to ship soon. My package arrived 3 days later! I was impressed and very happy. I'll be doing business with them again for sure!”

“I love the shoes of course and I thank you for allowing me to purchase them. The only thing I would work on would be communicating a little better with the customer. I didn't get any type or shipping information on this order and I reached out a couple of times via email. I didn't get a response till the day the shoe was actually delivered to me. Not providing tracking information had me on edge. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with my order.”
