“I have always enjoyed shopping at Tylers in Dallas. I felt that over the holidays however, the supply was looking rather meager… i visited in November and three times returned in December to buy gifts. Nothing new had arrived and I was terribly disappointed. The new store is so much larger than the old location was on Lovers lane and yet little inventory. Bummer..”

“I ordered a $100 gift card from Tyler’s and they were Johnny-on-the-spot sending it to me in plenty of time for Christmas. I am very satisfied with their service and my gift recipient tells me that Tyler’s is her favorite store.”

“Shipped my holiday gift with the store theft tag still attached. Couldn’t remove the tag (those things are impossible without the right tool) so had to make a special trip just to get it removed”

“I never received an order confirmation via email. Although I did eventually receive my items with great help from the Fort Worth store and prompt responses each time I reached out via email - it took several weeks to locate the items and get them shipped. Next time - I'll think twice before I order online from Tylers. The system just seemed very inefficient.”
