“Tyler's is always easy to deal with and I love their products! I had a shipment that showed it was delivered but I never received it. They right away sent a new order out to me and made it that I had to sign for the package to ensure I received it.”

“First, I was shipped the incorrect size of shoe. Second, my replacement (correct size) was not shipped until you had RECEIVED the incorrect shipment (Amazon ... from whom I THOUGHT I was purchasing ... would have shipped the correct product as soon as the incorrect product had shipped). YOUR bungling and procedures cost me roughly 2 WEEKS. I will not knowingly be purchasing from you n the future.”

“My middle son was about to go off to college, and had picked out the exact color and type of North Face backpack he wanted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find that color in any store or online search. My daughter then found it on Tyler’s website, in the color we needed! Tyler’s shipped it quickly, and we had it well before time to leave for college! Thanks so much!!”
