“Disgusted with this company. Visit was ordered by my breakdown unit, I paid on the spot only to be phoned by a woman, who would seem absolutely stupid and without knowledge asking me was it an approved tyre I wanted. I sent a photo of the markings on my tyre only to be told she needed the whole tyre. I contacted Breakdown again who thought it all didn’t make sense and they would not be recommending them again.I still do not see the refund on my statement. Appalling customer service.”

“I had this company out to fit a new tyre they were professional did the job but they are very expensive to which there are very reputable company’s that are cheaper was charged twice aswell which was a bit inconvenient how ever there was 2 different prices why I don’t know cause it was the same job but they took the most and left the other one pending which is a bit confusing to why they were different charges for the same thing”

“Really expedient and flexible service. All fine except for tyre balancing, which pretty much didn't happen. Have had to take both wheels to my usual garage for rebalancing. Other then that a good service”
