“The staff were friendly and welcoming, the cars were great fun. My instructor was very informative. I had a fantastic day and would recommend it to other people. Just great!! Edward Parsloe senior. Edward Junior had a great spin around the track in the Lamborghini. Great fun!!”

“Very efficient in what they do. Car, venue, instructors are all top notch however the £25 insurance waiver left a bitter aftertaste. I know it is optional however who wants a £5000 cost for a day out”

“Very well organised. No hanging around for ages between drives. Friendly, efficient staff giving the briefings and excellent instructors in the car with me. Just an oval track so probably not the place to go if you've got lots of experience but ideal for a beginner like me. Loved it! Bacon rolls were good too!”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I arrived an hour early and was fitted into an earlier session. The drive in the E-Type was excellent and the instructor with me was very helpful without in any way trying to take over. I had a superdrive with another organisation a few years ago, and the instructor basically told me when to accelerate, brake, change gear, and turn, so it was very nice to be left alone to drive, with only an occasional guiding comment. Very impressed all round.”

“My day at Heyford was well organised from the start, the briefing was very good, the driver on the sighting lap gave a good explanation of the circuit and the instructors I had were very good and helped me with my driving experience on the circuit. I would recommend you to anybody who would like to do this event.”

“First of all may I thank all the staff at U Drive Cars for a superb day on Friday 13th October. My experience was purchased for me by my son and partner for a Christmas present to drive the E Type Jaguar which is my favourite sports car of all time and I certainly was not disappointed it was awesome !!!!!!! The biggest surprise was that my second favourite car is The Shelby 500GT Mustang and to find one here was the absolute icing on the cake and I had no hesitation in purchasing laps in that as well. I was amazed at the fact that the instructors were helping you to drive faster and faster each lap to get the most out of these beautiful and very expensive cars to maximise your experience. If they were mine I wouldn't let anybody breath on them never mind hurtling up the track as fast as I wanted to go so a massive thankyou to the owner of the cars for letting ordinary people realise there personal dreams . I found that all the staff were extremely knowledgable and professional and made you feel special and all wanted to help you fulfill your experience. Everything from the booking of the day either by internet or phone calls were all easily dealt with and the staff at the venue from the safety briefing talk to the instructors and even the bus driver were all very friendly. I must also mention the elderly gentleman who gave us the history talk and background to the airfield he really new his stuff and obviously is very passionate about the part he plays at the venue and it was nice to have something to do between drives. Of course I am giving you full 5 stars for the review which I think are extremely deserved but if I can make one small criticism that the cones around the track can be a little confusing and I wasn't always sure where I was supposed to be going, it might help if the cones around the bends were a different colour to the ones lining the straights but the instructors certainly kept me on the right course and with there encouragement helped me to go faster and faster each lap. I can't wait to come back again and maybe try one of the new fangled sport cars you have but for me (60 years old) the old classics will always be the best. No power steering here and brakes you really have to stand on .What a thrill . If you could add more classics to the stable (Jag Mk2 maybe or C Or D type) I am sure they would be very much appreciated Ha Ha . Thanks again I'll be back soon hopefully.
