“Charlotte, the advisor was absolutely fantastic unfortunately do not take her surname but she works in the cancellation policy team. I would like to say a very big thank you for explaining the process and the cover in a very professional manner. Charlotte was very calm and professional and lovely to speak to advisers like that.”

“I spoke to a gentleman at 16.38pm Thursday 9th March 2023 can’t recall his name but he was really really helpful happy and friendly it’s actually nice to speak to a member of a call centre that do there job with such a kind helpful manner”
