“I took out my policy in May and had trouble getting my NCB proof from previous insurers. The whole of the U Drive Cover went above and beyond to help me get hold of them, to the fact they gave me a week's extension to obtain the NCB. Today 27/06/73 a lovely young lady by the name of Charlotte helped me change vehicle details so easily and also told me that I'd be due a small refund, which made my day better. Once again the whole team have been brilliant and I will be recommending U Drive Cover to all my family and friends. An absolute pleasure to do business with and ever so friendly and approachable. Well done everyone, keep it up, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much.. Mr.A.Hussain”
