“My goal was to change vehicle on my policy. I liaised with Paul Onabajo. He was extremely helpful. I've not encountered any issues with UDRIVECOVER. On one occasion I forgot my phone at home and went to work where I realised I left my bank account frozen meaning my direct debit failed twice but they dealt with it as a case by case manner and could see my payments were normally smooth, so I wasn't charged late payment fee. Generally proactive, but, I was charged an admin free of £50 to change vehicle on my policy and will be a further £50 admin fee when I am ready to change back to pre existing vehicle. The 1star drop in review from 5 star to 4 star is simply because I had to fork out for temp insurance whilst I became registered keeper of temporary vehicle. And then a further £50 admin fee.”
