“My policy got cancelled after 7days I got the insurance, spoked to many advisors regarding getting my refund back every one kept saying wait till 7 of next month but I spoked to this God sent man called Sean Mcdonnell he refunded my money next day. Sean Mcdonnell I pray that God will grant you all ur heart desires. I got insurance with another company.”

“We don’t know how good or bad a car insurance provider is until we need to make that dreaded claim. If we don’t ever make a claim we can only judge by the customer service and pricing we receive during the dealings we have in the initial contact or at renewal time we have with the provider (the people taking the money from us) Customer service with U Drive Cover is very good, telephone conversations are helpful and informative. The cross-checking of personal details I found to be intrusive and at a level I have never experienced before, other than applying for a mortgage and I’ve been buying car insurance for almost 50 years. But perhaps this is commonplace with other insurers when taking-on someone new. Overall, U Drive Cover is; efficient and competitive in their price for cover. So far they’ve made me happy with what they have provided. 👍🏻”
