“I spoke am adviser named Harris. The customer service Harris provided was 10/10. Harris also helped me by getting the best quote. I recommend anyone who purchase a insurance cover with u drive to speak to Harris”

“It was helpful and king of Tyrone to help set up my new policy, he explained all things clearly to me and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and I am happy that he dealt with my new insurance set up. I am truly grateful, great customer service skill was presented. Many thanks”

“I had an agreed price that i had already paid and then received a phone call saying it was an additional £300 added on to my policy for a question that wasnt asked before i payed. disgraceful. I'll be going back to Hastings direct even if it ends up costing a little more.”

“Was told that I was not eligible for the offer I found on internet and needs to pay extra for a new offer. The new offer still seems to be the lowest I can get from the market and Katie has been very helpful.”

“Absoloute garbage! Quoted a price, when purchased tried to increase... tried to tell me my car is not parked on a private driveway but in a carpark! I live in a detached house with private drive and garage but according to these thats a car park!! Now have to wait for refund on deposit! DO NOT USE!!”

“Was given a quotation and acceptance for total access charges for £300, however when we have received certificate in email total access is£700, asked to emails me phone call recording numerous times but nothing has been sent yet.”
