“Brilliant and helpful . I find insurance companies keep you waiting for long periods of time ,but with u drive things are speedy and the customer service I received was exceptional compared to previous insurers :)”

“Very wonderful man (I think his name was Nathen) got me my insurance for my Jaguar. He even got me cheap price with my points (I was parking the Jag on a zig zag, make police cross if you park on a crossing -- my littel joke, sory!) Thanks so much UDrive, I love you.”

“the women kylie who dealt with me was fantastic, as she helped with finding me the right insurance for me, she constantly kept me in the loop with all the information and told me everything I needed to know about my insurance. her product knowledge, customer service and the full process from start to finish was 110% went above and beyond. “Awesome help from Sira, needed to renew a policy and at the same time swop vehicle, but change the dates and times for it all. Seems easy enough, but most companies would say no and push you to set dates and times! This wasn't a problem at all and got a call back and email checking everything. Very very happy and I would recommend U Drive without hesitation. Been with them for a few years now and nobody seems to beat them price wise (doubt I'd move now unless it was a huge cost saving anyway!) Prices are fantastic Customer service is 110% Rare I write rewiews, but this warrants it”
