“I was really impressed by Jai’s excellent service and professionalism from u drive cover. It really was second to none: I have dealt with several quotes and advisors and Jai was brilliant. He answered all my questions with regards to use of vehicle, business use and other queries and information received back from underwriters. He complete changed my understanding of the process and I understood the next actions I needed to take including the documents I needed to provide. I received a link for the website to update relevant data and found the entire time to be helpful productive and insightful. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending the u drive cover and without a doubt taking a policy after discussing things with Jai. He also took time to ask if I was happy and raised extras appropriately without force and I was happy to add on the ones I felt were needed for my circumstances. He also called me back promptly and I was extremely humbled by his hard work and efforts to get the insurance in place for me. Couldn’t not fault my experience as Jay was very helpful and went the extra mile ! I would give it 11 stars out of 10 if I could. Would highly recommend. Thank you again”

“To be honest I was worried about getting my car insurance from This company because of the negative reviews but after seeing one of the biggest insurance company’s in the country Aviva with worse reviews it couldn’t get any worse. the price I got quoted meant I had no choice but to take the gamble. All I can say is I’m happy I did. from my very 1st call I was taken through my cover and options by a great guy called Jay and was never pressured into taking out the policy. My quote did increase by £300 but that was because I didn’t disclose an old claim I made. A lot of these negative reviews is due to the premium increasing but that’s only because they’ve failed to fully disclose everything. This company does validation checks and if something pops up that hasn’t been declared its only common sense that the premium will go up. If your reading this that must mean your considering getting your insurance from them, all I can say is go for it. If you give 100% accurate information you will get an accurate price. Even with the increase it was still £900 cheaper than any other quote I got. The problem facing all company’s is that it’s only people with bad experiences that leave negative reviews no one thinks about the thousands of happy customers who don’t leave reviews.”
