“This is one of the worst insurance company that you can imagine. Awful customer service, they kept me on hold over an hour, they say they call you back but they never do that and you have to call back again. I cancelled my insurance on a day before it started because they didn't send my documents but they charged me £75 , the insurance didn't even started and they said they refund my money after 14 days rest of my £1570.”

“Spoke to Luke to change address earlier this afternoon. He was great, simply short phone call to confirm the details and was a very friendly voice on the end of the phone. Would not hesitate to speak to any of the team. They make insurance very easy. Thanks!”

“Quick service, cheap, easy to deal with, but ended up paying a small fortune to cancel my policy, as I no longer needed it. Similar to most other customers. I guess serves me right for not reading the fine print. Never known this with any other insurance policy, so a bit underhand from the company”

“The worst insurance company iv ever dealt with, they rip you off in all ways , even when i wanted to cancel they charged me half of the premium As that is hidden somewhere in their policy they wont even mention it to you , so make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully Will never take policy with them again Very upset with the service Terrible”
