“Despite minor discrepancies with my policy, which has left me in an unfavourable position; I was very pleased with the level of Customer Care and Service provided by Shanice in this matter. Shanice was able to offer a solution to the matter. Although, she was unable to offer a better deal given the circumstances I was very pleased with how she dealt with my situation. She was very helpful throughout this process.”

“Jay put a lot of effort into helping me with my renewal. He offered me different options and also different payment options to match my needs. He really personalises his service and even wished me a Happy Birthday. He made a big difference to my experience and I would recommend UDrive just because of his service!!”

“It was relitivly cheap howeever took ages to sort out the policy terms and conditions beed to be clesrer before actually pur hasing the policy i had to call in numerous times just to ask if my insurance had been validated took them3 days”
