“We are very pleased with the Bauhaus vanity unit and Crosswater bathroom cabinet that we obtained from you. The prices were good and the service we received was excellent. It was good to be phoned and consulted about delivery and the delivery drivers were very helpful.”

“Misleading. After checking the toilet I wanted was in stock and it being confirmed that I would receive the item within 2-3 days as stated on the website, I placed my order. UK Bathroom Store did not tell me that it would be 6 days before they would take delivery of the toilet. I found this out after calling them again (chap on the phone was less than courteous and implied I was lying as 'no note against your order) as I had received no communication from them about my order. I then had to wait 2 days before the courier contacted me about delivery. The packaging was damaged and the delivery driver took a photo as did we. Fortunately, the toilet was fine.”
