Placed a large order of multiple items, arrived on a pallet with a shower riser bar sticking out and one end damaged. A week on from reporting damaged item and still no contact regarding a replacement. When contacting after sales the person I spoke to didn't want to do anything about a replacement abd told me to email pictures of the damaged item that has not been responded to. Now can't get through to speak to anyone in after sales. Quite frankly this is ridiculous that I have spent a week trying to get this dealt with when I'm not at fault in the first place.

What a disaster. Left a long window for the product to arrive in time for the fitter. Kept on being told there was no problem with the order and it would be arriving on time only to find that I had been lied to and they could not source the product (after the fitter had already started!). Went with another company who provided us with a bath within 24 hours so disaster averted but a dreadfully stressful experience all round.

I have been asked to write a review for items which have not yet been delivered to me. The order was place almost a fortnight ago and i have heard nothing since. No sign of a delivery and no communication to let me know what's going on. Dreadfully disappointed as this is now holding up my project and costing me money.

I had to call again today to chasexa delivery date, I was sent an email reply that frankly made no sense at all. The gentleman I spoke to said the order was due to be delivered on Tuesday, as it is now Thursday and I have still not received the package and there has been no contact from the courier to specify a delivery slot, he looked on the suppliers site and said the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday but he would need to call them tomorrow to confirm the package has actually been sent. The order was placed on the 26th and should have taken 2 days to arrive, if I actually receive it on Monday it will have taken 14 days. I'm not holding my breath that I will get the package, what really annoys me is the lack of information and the attitude of its not our fault as the manufacturer is completing the delivery. My contract is with Uk bathrooms not RAK and if they can't meet the delivery time then it is there fault as they are all to eager to take payment and then fob me of with excuses.

Complete messed me around Told me the item was in stock even sent me a dpd delivery message and then an email to advise it was coming from customer service agent Ross when I emailed to enquire if it was def coming To then be told it was a mistake !!

We were advised the delivery was to be Tuesday 20th April. No sign of the sink, no communication from customer services or sales - how many stars do you think you deserve, I only put 1 star as no stars was not an option? Clive 07775 7868 40

I keep getting emails asking me to review this business - I’m not sure why as I placed my order 10 days ago with 3-5 days for delivery and still haven’t received it.....

Was told 2 week wait and had to wait 6 weeks plus 2 to 3 weeks more due to damaged deliveries. Staff not very responsive and had to always chase up to ensure my order was processed correctly!!

These items were on a long lead time from the factory due to their popularity, we did inform all customers of the lead time and follow this up with e-mail updates etc. I am sorry that you had to wait longer than we would like for this item and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. We do work very hard to ensure that goods are packaged in such a way that they don't get damaged and we use couriers that we trust to handle these type of goods. However, because of the type of goods we sell, glass, pottery, furniture etc there will always be items that become damaged. We do ask that goods are checked at the point of delviery so that we can act as quickly as possible to get them exchanged. Our customer service team are currently working on getting a replacement organised for this item for you.

Not happy with quality of loo roll holders, at 35.00 made with plastic inside which is useless... also after spending 500.00 for rest of items had to pay for return.. So will not be using again

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the products, these should be made from a solid brass constructions and as such am surprised that you say the ones you received were plastic. If you contact our customer service team we can look into this for you and discuss with the manufactuer.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the product that you have purchased from us. We do take product quality very seriously and constantly assess the quality of the brands that we stock. The item you have purjchased is usually well received and as such I am very keen to learn what it was that you were not happy with, if you can contact customer services we will do our best to liases with the manufacturer on this issue.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with this product. It's a product we have sold quite a number of and it's usually well received. This particular item should be fairly simple to fit as it just requires two profiles to be screwed into the wall at each end of the bath. As we suggested by e-mail we have both ourselves and phoenix technical helpline who would be more than happy to walk you the installation if you need any assistance at all. I am very sorry about the delay in the delivery of your chrome soap dish. We did advise a delviery date which we missed due to an issue with the stock arriving in time from the manufacturer. We do work hard to ensure that all goods are delivered to customers within the times set out on the website but can only apologise that this has been missed in this instance.

Poor communication, ordered unit that they said was 2-3 day delivery, still waiting 4 weeks later, no update emails, had to chase and chase. Would have been better with cheaper competitor who said it was a 3 week wait, but used them because they said it would come sooner. Do not recommend.

Exceptionally poor customer service when there is a faulty product. Asked me to contact the manufacturer. They don't answer the phone. Then they said they would contact the manufacturer to contact me. This didn't happen. UK Bathroom store does everything possible to NOT take responsibility for selling a faulty product. In the end I had no choice but to turn to my credit card company for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I am sorry to hear that you feel your experience has not been great, we always do our utmost to try and resolve any issues as fast as we possibly can. I have looked into the issue that you have reported where you state your product is faulty, however we do need more information than that in order to be able to send out a replacement item. My colleague has sent you a pre paid returns label in order to be able to get the item back to us free of charge, once you send this back we can replace the item for you. We have also asked on several occassions if you can tell us how it is faulty or if you can send images etc but as yet you have not sent this information. We did give you the manufacturers details upon request but they also have said the same to us, they are happy to replace the item but need to know what is actually wrong with it. If you contact our customer service team we would be happy to talk to you about the issue and get this resolved as a matter or urgency.
