The bathroom panel that I bought didn't fit correctly in my bathroom and it was really hard to make the return. They don't take care of returns in any way so I had to organize the delivery. As it was a big item it was quite hard to do it and also very expensive! I end up loosing almost half of the price of my purchase and I still don't have the panel :(

I am sorry to hear that you had issues in returning the item to us. We do encourage customers to measure items fully before ordering as items such as large glass screens are by their very nature extremely difficult to return. We do make every effort to make this process as simple as we possibly can but specialist couriers are required in order to facilitate the safe transport of large glass items. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

After spending £90 on a toilet seat I needed to make sure I got the correct colour. I used the online chat service to make sure the colours represented online were accurate. The representative told me the colour was ‘like a magnolia’ however when it arrived, it was more a blue/green tint. As I have to pay for returns on top of what was an expensive purchase anyway, I have not sent this back. Disappointing experience unfortunately.

I am very sorry that you were not happy with the colour of the toilet seat. We did go to great lengths to try and describe the colour of the seat for you, it's always very difficult when you are trying to accurately match the colour of another unrelated product in a bathroom, especially when the item is made from a different material. You can of course return the goods to us within 30 days for a full refund providing the goods have not been fitted. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Placed order with UK Bathroom as they promised next day delivery. Product did not arrive and no communication. On chasing them several days later they didn't have the product in stock and had not even ordered it. Finally received product nine days after order placed. Very poor.

I am very sorry that this item did not get to you in the agreed time. This particular item is usually sent to you direct from the manufacturer and they have a guaranteed stock level, as such we had advertised a next day delivery on the product. However due to an issue at the manufacturers they were not able to post the item and as such sent us the item on our next stock order instead causing the delay. I can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and I will be making contact with them to try and ensure this can't happen again.

4 weeks to deliver 1 item. I would highly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from this site.

Charged me vat which I should not have to pay as a vat registered limited company for Southern Ireland. Have looked into it since and it’s actually illegal.

Sales staff seemed very good and booked my delivery to suit me for the 25th September. Then the hassle began. I was bombarded with emails and texts telling me to be in for my delivery on the 7th September; not what was agreed at all. I was so disgusted and concerned about the organisational shambles I was experiencing that I cancelled the whole order. The cancellation was confirmed by the showroom manager, by email, but still the hassle continued. Manager told me to ignore the messages saying they were just automated and the delivery had been cancelled. Messages continued and he then told me to simply, if the worst case scenario happened to send them away. Quite unbelievably the cancelled delivery did turn up on the 7th September. I was in the shower, by the time I was able to answer the door, which I had to do as they kept on ringing the bell, which was upsetting my cats, they had unloaded the goods onto my driveway. I should not have had to deal with that. I have no faith at all in Bath store and will never ever touch them with a barge pole after my experience.

I ordered a filter for a domestic urinal and the part sent did not fit. It cost £40.0 and the bathroom store refused to take it back. They said it was company policy not to accept this kind of item back into stock. I offered to pay a restocking charge and the postage but still no joy. So be very careful to order the right thing or you could be stuck with an expensive bit of kit which is of NO Use to you. They did not inform me of this policy when I ordered the part. I will DEFINITELY NOT be buying anything else from them.

I am sorry we were not able to take this item back into stock. Unfortunately the issue was that you had told us that item had been attempted to be fitted into the urinal which was then subsequently used by yourself. We are not able to take used items like this back into stock, even with a restocking charge, for Hygiene and Safety reasons. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Ordering the goods was quite simple however the delivery was just a fiasco with the worst logistics company I have ever encountered! Delivery confirmed on Thursday and booked in for Friday - delivery did not arrive - called to chase and then told that delivery was due on Monday ! Explained this was not correct sonmamager agreed to organise courier delivery for Saturday - this did not happen although we waited all day - could not contact PalletForce so we have now wasted 2 days waiting for the delivery - called them on Monday and spoke to Peter the manger who insisted on calling me “ mate “ until I asked him to stop ! He denied confirming the courier delivery on Saturday and said it wasn’t his job to call me to say this was not happening ! Delivery was eventually made on Monday afternoon with a very unhelpful delivery person ! Didn’t wait for my wife to check the goods !! Worst delivery experience ever and will not order again if this company are used !!

I am sorry to hear about your delivery experience, it's certainly not what we would expect from our delivery partners. Poor !!!! Paid £15 for delivery with in 3-5 working day, it took 7. Customer service not interested with I called to complain, I’d not use them again.

I am sorry to hear that your order was delivered slightly later than advertised. This product does have a slightly higher delivery charge on it than other items but that is because it's essentially a very slim fragile piece of glass and it's extremely difficult to pack them safely. In this instance the first one was broken by the delivery company, we did advise on this but it appears this information was not received so apologies, a replacement was then ordered and sent out and this was received therefore, slightly later than advertised. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

When my order came it was delivered on a pallet and the driver told me he could not bring the items in, I have spent £1200 and I have broken my left arm he was not helpful at all and just dumped them at the side of the road I told him that I would never order from your company again he just shrugged his shoulders, when he went I said see you later and he made a comment no you won't because you said you won't be ordering again, very professional NOT! , I had items from the bathstore and b and q delivered the same day who had two drivers and where very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone, I think you need to change who you have delivering your items Jayne Rimmer

I am sorry that you were not happy with the delivery service that you have chosen. That particular service is a roadside service and the drivers are not allowed to take the items off the pallet. This is to ensure that the goods reach you in pristine condition. I will follow up with the delivery company regarding the attitude of the driver however as we feel it's important that you get a good impression during the delivery stage given that this is the last part of the ordering process you experience. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My order was placed 19th June and today 24th June, still awaiting delivery. Particularly annoying as website said 48 hours? No email or phone call to explain delay, very poor

I am sorry that your order was delivered within the timescale that you had expected. I have checked the order for you and can see that this particular product has been marked 3-5 working days for delivery. This is because we use a specialist glass carrier and they go to each postcode once each week. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I had no delivery due to the courier service you use. They called to arrange a delivery date, no delivery on that day so I called they assured me it would arrive the next morning, failed again due to the driver being given the wrong number from his office and the courier company not willing to call back with delivery because the driver had left the area. This was totally unacceptable as I had other trades booked in and required the delivery. I purcashed the bath local and requested a full refund.

I am sorry to hear that you have an issue with the delivery. We can usually resolve any issues with damages, shortages or incorrect items next day, however we don't appear to have been informed of any issues on this order. Goods arrived in perfect packaging but when opened were clearly damaged and broken. Rattling clearly audible.

I am sorry to hear that your item did not arrived in perfect condition, we do our very best to ensure that all goods despatched arrive in pristine condition, however due to the fragile nature of the goods we despatch there Is always a chance that something can get damaged. We ordered a large mirror. Unfortunately it was poorly wrapped and was smashed when we opened it . The box had very little sellotape and opened without scissors. The sides had no sellotape. So , when I walked through the house I notices tiny pieces of glass everywhere. I tried to phone you but you were closed for the weekend. At the moment the mirror is it its box on the bed so I will have to wash the bedcovers and keep hoovering through the house.

I am sorry to hear that your product did not arrive as expected. This particular product is actually delivered direct to you via the manufacturer and their drivers only deliver mirrors and other fragile items of this kind, as such their breakage rates are extremely small. I can only apologise that this item was damaged when you received it but due to the nature of the product there is always a small chance that this may happen. We can either replace the item for you or provide a full refund.

Stuck with 2 large crates in my garden what my shower cubicle came on driver would not put in my hall and left it in my garden and drove off,will not be using this company again.

I am sorry that our delivery service did not meet your expectations. I can see from your order that you chose the roadside pallet delivery service, we do ask the drivers to help out where possible and in this instance I do believe the driver wheeled the pallet into the garden to a convenient location for you. The pallets that we use are large but this is does give us an extremely low breakage rate which our customers tell us is by far the most important factor given tight deadlines by workmen. There are many local firms that will collect those pallets free of charge as they are able to re use them. I can only apologise if this experience was not what you were expecting and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Apologies that this delivery has not been received. I can see from the tracking that the address was updated directly with the courier and the requested day and time have also been changed. The courier still has the parcel and we will contact them today to see if we can get the item actually handed over to the new address.

I only give one star because zero stars is not possible. My goods were delivered efficiently with the correct paperwork included but the wrong product. Return of the wrong product and delivery of the goods was arranged but again the wrong goods were sent, this time in damaged packaging with loose bits. After sending photographs showing that the goods did not match the order it was agreed that I should repackage as best I could and the return was again carried out. Paperwork for repayment was sent to me but no repayment. When chased by telephone payment within 48 hours was promised. Again no sign (pending) of a refund to my bank account two and a half days later. Dreadfull for an order dated 24 March 2018.

I can only apologise for the for the error that you have experienced with this order. As you quite right suggest the correct item was on the order, the paperwork and the box that was received, unfortunately unbeknown to us the manufacturer had put the wrong label on the box and as such the goods you had received were not was ordered. Because the style of the tap that was received was so similar to the one that you wanted it was almost impossible for our warehouse staff to be able to identify this at the point of sending the goods and they had relied on the bar coding on the box itself. We have reported these issues to the manufacture who are now taking steps to make sure all these taps are correctly labelled and to work out how this occured in the first instance. I checked the payment system and can see the refund was made within hours of the goods being returned. I understand that this did not show in your account for a couple of days but this is down to the bank. Some banks show the funds immediately when the refund is done and others can hold the money for 48-72 working hours but unfortuantely we have no influeunce on this. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I ordered my item which took almost 4 weeks to come, no one told me that it wasn’t in stock and I had to contact you 3 times to find out when it was going to get delivered NOT HAPPY AND NOT VERY HELPFUL

I am sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as good as it should of been. I have looked at this order and can see there was a long delay from the suppliers with this item. We did send out e-mail updates so apologies if these were not received, the items are now fully back in stock with the manufacturers.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery service we have used. I have looked into this for you and can see that the original delivery was attemped on the agreed day but that the delivery failed because the address you had asked us to deliver to was unfortunately incorrect. Our driver did go back but the addresses are all inside a locked compound and he was then not able to make contact to be able to gain entry. We did arrange to come back the next day but you informed us that you were not available and to return the goods to ourselves which we have now done. I apologise if you feel we did not act correctly in this situation but our delivery partners are under strict instructions to only deliver to addresses that have been pre arranged with customers.
