Toilet seat arrived covered in dust, damaged and without the right fittings. Response to customer service has been very slow. Very disappointed with service.

Hi, I am sorry you feel that we have not dealt with your issue in a timely manner, we take all customer service issues such as this very seriously. You contacted us at 3pm on the 22nd to report that the item had arrived with some damage / marks on it. We replied to the message at 4pm on the 22nd to apologise for the item arriving in that state and to let you know a new one had been ordered and would be sent out within 24 hours to replace the item. We take great care when packaging our items but sometimes issues like this can occur due to the fragile nature of the products that we send out. We will do our best to get you the replacement item as fast as we possibly can and can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Can’t write a review as despite the package being in the delivery companies depot for two days I have yet to receive it

Hi, I can see from the tracking that on the day the item was despatched you requested the couriers to deliver to a local pick up shop, in this case Sainsburys. The couriers have done this and the item is now awaiting collection, let me know if you need any further help.

Ordered a tap for next day delivery- never arrived was told to wait as snow- NO SNOW THIS WEEK! had to call again as waited. Finally got a second tap to me quickly after speaking to a nice helpful lady!

Apologies for the delay in getting this item to you, I appreciate that there was no snow near you but from where the item was being shipped the snow was extremely deep and the couriers were not able to collect the goods. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I am sorry that you were not happy with the delivery experience, it's something that we take very seriously as it's the last part of the experience when purchasing your bathroom. I will be contacting the third parties involved and passing the images that you have provided, onto them. It's not uncommon to have some marks etc to the boxes and the manufacturers use this kind of packaging so that any impacts affect the outer packaging and not the fragile products below. Please inspect the items and let me know if there are any issues but in the meantime I will make further enquiries regarding your delivery.

Wrong size bath delivered. Still waiting after 3 days to find out when I can expect delivery of the correct size. Not impressed with delivery being made - and left - on a pallet, thus having to be left outside until I could get help to remove it from the metal frame, unpack it and move it into the house.

Apologies for this, the wrong bath was ordered in due to a coding error. We have ordered the correct bath and arranged to swap these over for you on Friday 23rd Febrauary.
