“Ordered some 6X garden fertiliser. I was delighted to get an email later in the day to say that my order was on its way, which I interpreted as it having been despatched. I then got another email 3 days later to say they were out of stock. So, not only did they mislead with the first email, but it took another 3 days to realise they were out of stock. Very disappointing!”

“I was given the wrong tracking number, so after waiting for days trying to track a parcel which Hermes claimed not to have received, I called customer service only to be told the tracking number was wrong and that the items had been received by Hermes under another label. I was then given the new tracking number. This new number turned out to be invalid, so that didn't work either. Eventually I received my parcel, but it was missing one item. I am yet to receive my full order and I feel customer service was very poor over the phone and quite rude. I wish I could be reimbursed the delivery charge at least.”
