“shocking order 3 times now first order new customer went fine it stops there the 2rd order 4 items 2 arrive rest to follow a week later i ask when i will get they have not got so refund 3rd order never arrived after dispatch after i asked for tracking info was told on the 5th will issue refund and got an email on 11th to say refund processed 4 working days to process a refund is a joke”
“The last order was online accepted confirmed and then you cancelled the most important thing on the order after delivering the stuff I put on the order to make up to carriage paid - no real interest in putting it right no alternative offered. This meant I had to order elsewhere and pay for overnight delivery - you should not confirm items that aren't in stock - I rang you and asked about alternative items still showing in stock online - guess what you didn't have those either!”
“I've just received an email asking to review a purchase: "We put a whole lot of love into each and every order and hope that this one brings you much joy." The coffee hasn't turned up so definitely no joy. Also, check your emails for spelling before you send them out.”

“Took my money but did not send the goods. Email said goods has been despatched. Queried the non-delivery via the online chat bot (their phone number is secret) and was told the product was out of stock. A refund was achieved after two days.”

Despite asking for a breakdown of the cost of the items I received this has not been forthcoming, I assume this is because the cost of the goods I actually received totalled just over half of what I paid. Not good you can order a product they do not have and then their email system gets you confused. Bought the product else wheree and will not use this company again.”

Company sent pictures but still haggled to sort and compensate a minimal amount to sort!!

“Ordered storage boxes, When they didn’t arrive. I emailed Uk business supplies, only to find out the items were out of stock and the had no idea when they would be restored. Unreliable save your money and time.”
