“Ordered some 6X garden fertiliser. I was delighted to get an email later in the day to say that my order was on its way, which I interpreted as it having been despatched. I then got another email 3 days later to say they were out of stock. So, not only did they mislead with the first email, but it took another 3 days to realise they were out of stock. Very disappointing!”

“Part of my order wasn't in stock and was advised it would be sent out the next week when back in stock. I had to chase this up as it didn't arrive, I was then promised I would be informed when it was dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Neither of those things happened. I will no longer be ordering from UK Business Supplies because of this lack of customer service. I only wish I could give a zero rating for this complete lack of customer service.”
“I placed an order Tuesday at 9am, spent the required amount for free next day delivery. 4 days later after numerous calls and chasing DPD, I still did not have my order. I expressed to the company on each occasion I have a shop selling milkshakes so cups were essential and each time they assured me I would get my order. I understand delays, mistakes and issues happen, however it’s the way they are fixed and dealt with that’s important. A week later I still did not have my order, and am still waiting after nearly 2 weeks for a manager to call me back ( 3 separate requests for this) I also do not have my cups nor my refund! Not a happy customer and would not use again.”
