“Ordered some 6X garden fertiliser. I was delighted to get an email later in the day to say that my order was on its way, which I interpreted as it having been despatched. I then got another email 3 days later to say they were out of stock. So, not only did they mislead with the first email, but it took another 3 days to realise they were out of stock. Very disappointing!”

“Despite ordering twin pack liquafeed only singles arrived so only half of the order was delivered. Despite several phone calls and emails I have had no satisfactory response to resolving this issue. I would not recommend this company and request you read my review and rectify this order .”
“Paid the basic delivery costs (no free option) and due to amount paid would expect it to arrive 2-3 working days. Took 7 working days so feel conned with the delivery costs. Also two of the boxes were damaged. The largest box was warped due to overfilling it with all the other boxes and lids and the handle on a small box was broke but clearly was due to being forced into the box. Tried to complain but could moved around different teams and got fed up. Would not recommend them to anyone and if you do want the storage boxes I found out after when buying the replacement boxes that they are a tiny bit cheaper from the hobby craft shop and they do free delivery if you don’t have one locally”

“I placed an order Tuesday at 9am, spent the required amount for free next day delivery. 4 days later after numerous calls and chasing DPD, I still did not have my order. I expressed to the company on each occasion I have a shop selling milkshakes so cups were essential and each time they assured me I would get my order. I understand delays, mistakes and issues happen, however it’s the way they are fixed and dealt with that’s important. A week later I still did not have my order, and am still waiting after nearly 2 weeks for a manager to call me back ( 3 separate requests for this) I also do not have my cups nor my refund! Not a happy customer and would not use again.”
