“The delivery took longer than I expected and also the shelf life of the products was shorter than I would have liked. Received in Nov and the shelf life was January/Feb & March.”
“There was a reasonable choice of products, but quite a few sold out items.
Delivery was good and fairly quick.
The one downside was the dates on the crisps I bought, very short indeed which was disappointing. Would have to think twice before shopping here again.”
“I buy my Alpro Barista Professional x 12, from Uk Business Supplies about once per month, generally I do not have too many problems. However on a few occasions now I have received the cartons very poorly packaged and the cartons have been smashed and leaking! I have contacted them about this and they have offered me a partial refund, which is ok, but what I wanted was the 12 cartons fully intact on arrival. I have suggested they improve the packaging for a heavy item such as this, but so far no change! Bottom line is, sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don’t. This item should be double bubble wrapped and placed in shipper box that fits, not one that is twice the size and then packed with a bit of brown paper. If it happens again, I will look for an alternative supplier. Please improve your packaging.”
“As always you dispatch on time with no problems , but the main problem here is the courier Hermes, they collected the parcel on the 29th and I never received it till the 5th , tried to check there site to see what was happening but was a complete waste of time as it hadn’t been updated, would advise you to get a new courier service, Don’t rate Hermes one bit .”
“I have ordered coffee bags twice from this firm and am quite happy with the item and delivery time but the first time I ordered through Amazon and they cost me £16.99 as there was no delivery charge but for the identical order the second time direct from UK Business supplies there was a delivery charge and the order cost me £20.31.”

“In the past year or so we placed a few orders with UK Business Supplies and the service is speedy, which is a plus. On the negative side - the packaging of products needs some working on. Deliveries arrive in poor condition and since we order mainly biscuits and sweets, it is not ideal when they arrive damaged. Perhaps bubble wrap or paper to fill out that extra space in the box would be a good idea?”
