There was one item missing that I had to chase up and then was informed was out of stock, would have been helpful if they had informed us rather than having to chase but it was sent earlier than expected their next stock to be following that. Only a small dent in one of the boxes. Generally happy with everything we received :)”
“Very competitive price and delivered within 5 days, which is fine for our needs. Only issue is the insistence that to track delivery you have to have a specific app installed. Just why? provide the information easily without the need for additional apps that will be rarely used.”

A four star railing was in relation to the delivery/ courier it took 3 attempts to deliver the parcel as they were trying to deliver to the wrong address even after a good description of where I lived. And even when the delivery was received the driver insisted he was right as our postcode was wrong yeah I’ve had this postcode for the last 30+ years.”

However the colour was grey instead of the white which I ordered. Also the sample capsules were past their sell by date.
Overall though I am happy to accept this and it is working well (with fresh capsules).”

“I recently ordered sea kelp hand wash. It was a good price, and product was perfect. It was delivered speedily. On arrival the box containing the hand wash was slightly damaged. This didn’t effect the state of the plastic container holding the hand wash,but stopped me giving full marks on my review. I feel other companies have packed similar things more carefully. Would definitely recommend the product though.”
“Really pleased with my purchases. Rated 4 because I did not know when the goods were arriving and they did take longer than other suppliers I have used, despite the postal charge. I do not know who the carrier was as the parcel was left on my doorstep with no note through the letterbox. However, everything was safely packaged and my neighbours grandchildren appreciated the free biscuits. Thank you.”
