Unfortunately some the items I ordered were out of stock. I have been emailed multiple times with information about refund, while waiting much longer than expected for the delivery (8 days instead of 3). On the day of delivery, I get contacted through a different email address with a request of partial repayment. I was erroneously refunded the wrong item and I had to make a bank transfer to pay for difference. So not the best online shopping experience overall. On the bright side, I had courteous and prompt email responses.

My invoice for coffee your ref SORD01667926 was correctly addressed to me at 14/9 Maxwell Street, but the delivery address on the box was 19/9 Maxwell Street. 19 is a block of only 4 flats but the driver from Hermes went ahead and just left it inside that door. Luckily someone Knew me and delivered the parcel but anything could have happened. I was surprised that your system doesn't generate both invoice and parcel address at the same time

Goods never arrived within their specified time. It was only when I emailed them, that they acknowledged my order and shipped on an urgent delivery. This still took a further two days. The quality of the goods is ok, but let down by poor dispatch and courier service

I really like this company's presentation, everything looks great on the website. so, I decided to place a small order to try them out and really wanted (and expected) a great experience. Unfortunately, that's not how it went, they were let down by the delivery. Ordered 7 cases, got 2. 3rd case arrived later on it's own but was squashed and badly damaged, unusable. 3 emails to support were ignored over a week. Finally talked to a human who said they did not have my emails but confirmed I was using the correct address - dodgy IT? Anyway the support person was very good (hence 2 stars rather than one) and arranged replacements so we'll see how that goes.

Not satisfied. I placed order that was over the free 1-2 days post and it didn't come in this timeframe. Also they didn't process my order straight away, and then there were items missing from my order. Would not use again.

Where’s my delivery? It’s after the maximum number of days. Why can’t I simply track the order without downloading an app? Why no email apologising for the delay?

I was given the wrong tracking number, so after waiting for days trying to track a parcel which Hermes claimed not to have received, I called customer service only to be told the tracking number was wrong and that the items had been received by Hermes under another label. I was then given the new tracking number. This new number turned out to be invalid, so that didn't work either. Eventually I received my parcel, but it was missing one item. I am yet to receive my full order and I feel customer service was very poor over the phone and quite rude. I wish I could be reimbursed the delivery charge at least.

Unfortunately the plastic Vitax carton was split and half the contents were in the outer cardboard box having spilled out. Not a good first experience. The other two bags were in good shape. I am sending you a photograph separately.

Good ordered on 28th February we accept delivery problems because of the pandemic. Your Carrier e-mails us with the 1st e-mail stating delivery would be between 11-00 a.m and 1 00 p.m. Date 8th March (time 9-14 a.m. at 12-15 a further e-mail stating there was a problem with delivery and would send us a message on Tuesday 9th March regarding delivery. The time is nearly 8-00 p.m. and no details and no goods. This needs sorting we await your comments

I placed an order with this company because of the 1-2 day delivery time that was advertised. Order placed on the morning, e-mail received on the afternoon to say order had been shipped. Two days later I received an e-mail to say part of the order was out of stock and the entire order would be held until it was all available. I asked for the available items to be shipped as I needed them urgently. Several phone calls, e-mails, online chats and three weeks later, I have now received all of my order. Quality of products is ok but I wouldn't order again if it were an item that I needed urgently.

Good price but bad delivery time and poor customer service. Made an order on Sunday night and excepted the stuff to be delivered on Tuesday (as advertised on the site - next day delivery etc.). On Wednesday someone from the company called me and told me that the coffee was out of stock (N.B. no one have advised me before neither via email or via the website when I ordered) so asked me if I could wait until Friday for the whole delivery and other package. I accepted and said, that's fine so you pay less to the third party delivery service. On Friday I received an email from DPD which informed me that I would have received the delivery on Monday. I called the customer service and asked an explanation and the man that pick up the call was rude, did not apologies for the inconvenience cause and I found it quite irritating the way he was speaking to me. I will not maky any other purchase from this company, respect to clients comes first. I won't give a single start just because they have a good range of product and they are competitive with the price.

Usually really good but not so much this time. One parcel didn’t arrive and I had to contact them 3 times to get the replacement, which also took a while to arrive. Don’t usually have these problems.

I ordered my items on December 28th and it’s now 13th of January and still no items. I cased my order up on the 7th of January, where I got told they was missing one of my items as it wasn’t in stock and wasn’t going to send it until they got it back in stock (which they said was end of February) This is such a shame as the items are well priced and a very good company

I've already written a review. But here I go again. Items were inadequately packaged, they were put in a box with some brown paper to fill the gap. Two of them seemed to be leaking but not very much. their coverings were torn, but the items are still useable. Hermes are notorious for throwing orders about, I've seen videos on Facebook - you need to use bubblewrap for packaging. I would have to seriously think about ordering from you again, sorry. But I still think the colour changing air fresheners are a great idea, very pretty and suitable as a gift at any time, but not if they are damaged.

I ordered a selection of coffees. One of the boxes was showing the coffee to be over one month out of date. The description on the web site did not state that some could be out of date. My main reason for giving a poor rating is that I emailed Uk Business Supplies immediately, but after five days I still have not received a reply.

Wrong order When i emailed to ask for a exchange there was no apology! Just a email to say i could have someone collect them and refund or someone could meet to exchange. Message was very short and to the point! Considering it is a mistake of the company an apology would have been nice as i use these boxes for orders and now orders are delayed!
