“The heat logs burn well and give of a lot of heat so appear to offer value for money. The only down side was the pallet being delivered 2 days early, not a huge issue but we had requested delivery on a Friday as I was due to be at home, they arrived on the Wednesday which meant my wife had to move the whole lot by herself. What's the point of offering a delivery choice if it isn't adhered to”
“The web site was easy to use and the telephone support was friendly and efficient. Delivery was as promised.
I have been burning 'eco' logs of various kinds for several years now and would rate your heatlogs as good as any and better than most that I have tried. Once burning you can shut off the fire draught and they burn for a long time.
Obviously packing the cartons in pairs keeps the cost down but makes them quite a heavy lift when handling the delivery.”

I need a smaller van delivery where i live, which they arranged, and the driver even helped me unload and stack the boxes away. Would have given 5 stars but their boxed product delivered last time, although good, was not as good as imported ones they also sell. Sorry.”

“A great service, delivery date was arranged to suit us, and living along a gravel drive required the courier to go beyond a 'kerb-side' delivery with his vehicle which was done with no trouble at all. We don't find the product breaks into pucks as easily as required but having a large woodburner we can accomodate putting in whole heat logs which then expand and split nicely themselves.”

“Only tried my first Heat Log last night.
It lit well & burned consistently for an hour & a half.
As a single burn test in a cold system, this was quite impressive.

“Very messy when broken before adding to the fire. Your competition does this better. Your prices can be beaten when discounted in stores and one doesn't need to buy in bulk to achieve this. Buying in smaller quantities means less carry over to the following winter thus saving capital outlay and storage space. Otherwise yours burn very well giving out a good amount of heat.”

With regards to prices we are currently doing a Summer Deal with 25% off. From £2.74 per box, just use MAD25 as the discount code at the checkout. I do understand the cost savings of buying in smaller quantities, have you thought about splitting the cost with a friend or neighbour.
