“When i made the order for Samsung charger it had been incorrectly ordered with the fast charge plug which i already have, so i cancelled the order straight away via email but this was not actioned straight away. As i only wanted the USB charger lead i had to pay for the plug in the end which i was not happy with also not only that the top pin was flimsy on the plug when i opened it just broke straight away. I had sent the picture of this via email as requested and still not had any response for part refund of the plug only.”

“Product was good but I paid extra to have it delivered the next day by 1pm. It didn't arrive until the day after it was supposed to.”

“Service and delivery was good but the charging lead itself was poor. The lead doesn't fit very well and keeps springing out of the charging port. It also takes a long time to charge the phone compared to the genuine lead that I thought I was getting.”

“The battery appeared to be genuine and dated less than 6 months old. But it was at 5% charge when delivered and while much better than the battery it replaced it runs out noticeably faster than the original battery when new. It was very cheap and made a phone that lasted hours last more than a day, which is all I wanted.”

“Service was ok, but the so called discount on my smart watch was non existent, found out after purchase nearly half there price from other online retailers. That was my problem though, should have checked before buying”

“I made an order from UK mobile store, unfortunately I ordered an incorrect sized tablet book cover, & the tablet battery I ordered was non functional, as it would not charge. I contacted UK mobile store customer services with my issues, & asked how to change the tablet book cover & non the functional battery, I had a fairly quick response, but was only asked how long I'd charged the battery for. I replied with how long I'd tried to charge the replacement battery for on the 22nd July 2020, & as of the time of writting this review (Sunday 02nd Aug 2020) I am 'still' waiting for how to proceed with changing the tablet book cover for the correct sized one & replacing the non functional battery with one that actually works / charges, as that's what I paid for. Initially impressed with the service, however, to be kept waiting for 12 days since responding to the companies customer services department, is very poor indeed.”

“I bought a Samsung galaxy s7 fast charger cable and plug it came quick and does it's job but the end that goes into the phone can be quite loose so it's nearly impossible to use your phone while charging at the same time apart from that everything was fine”

“Got what I was expecting, shame the email system for this company is slower than a snail 30 mins after ordering I realised I had ordered wrong colour, so emailed them asking can they change it for a grey cover, got my first reply from them days later after the product had arrived, so seems pointless trying to communicate with them after an order”
