Ordered a product with them 12700119491 on 13th July, today is 11th August and I haven't received it. This is the 2nd time I am having issues with their delivery. last time same issue, waited for my product for over a month, asked for refund with so many emails. Not until I threatened to go to obdusman as I had enough evidence on how I had tried to contact them. thought I would give them a chance as mistakes happen but never again. You send emails and no one replies to you. poor customer service, used to be a good place to buy, not anymore... avoid avoid avoid! Please as you can see my order number can I have a refund?

Sent the wrong item and instructed me to return the item, writing 'return to sender' on the packet. They claim they never received the item, and won't send me a replacement. No choice but to lodge a dispute with PayPal.

Wont give me a refund on a faulty charger or send a replacement. what sort of customer service is this. Still waiting to see if you can do the right thing and refund me. Wont hold my breath

sent me the wrong item, then took more than 10 days to send me a replacement, during which time I had no way of charging my phone, imagine being without your phone for 10 days, I was quite annoyed

Wrong battery supplied and not replaced with correct battery after it was returned. Still waiting for a replacement, or credit or even a reply.

Even after fully charging, the mobile phone battery I received was totally useless, as it ran out of power within hours.

Bought charger from them and it doesnt work.emailed and now am not getting any response. States the charger is a genuine product but I very much doubt it.i have given them a few weeks now to get back to me and they have just ignored me.buy from somewhere else if I were you.obviously no customer service

Disgusting. Told that an attempt to post battery on two different occasions to me that I did not receive and when I asked for a refund I had no reply.

I have never received the item I ordered- a charger for my mobile phone a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G Perhaps someone could remedy that. I have tried contacting UK Mobile Store but received neither answer nor acknowledgement of my complaint

I paid an extra £5 for a 1-2 day delivery, as my battery had died & it took over a week to arrive !!! I emailed to ask for a refund of the additional postage paid & have heard nothing. I would not use this company again.

Original item when received was faulty and therefore returned using their returns service. Still awaiting a replacement product or refund as yet... (What other review could I write?)

I placed an order on the 28th June and I am still waiting for it to arrive and I have emailed them again so I hope they will still send it.

Paid extra for next day delivery for a phone battery that was 'in stock'. 8 days later the battery still hadn't arrived so we cancelled the order. We purchased a battery elsewhere that arrived within 12 hours. 2 days later the battery from the UKmobile store arrived - it had been posted long after we had cancelled the order. We were finally refunded the cost of the battery but they refused to refund the postage. Appalling service and we're left out of pocket.
