“Been sent the wrong item. Communication was generally ok. Eventually I have received the item I have originally bought - several weeks after my original order. I guess all is well when, eventually, it ends well...”

“I ordered a charging cable for a s9 mobile phone. I wS sent the wrong one it didn't fit the phone. Disappointed I wasted my money. Delivery was quick thats the only redeeming feature.”

“Communication = Nil points. 🙄 I emailed the company regarding a delay to my order (by delivery firm) and did not get a response for nine days. Even then, the reply was minimal and of no help whatsoever. I did receive my order however the communication was utterly shocking.”

“Second time lucky. First order was for Samsung micro USB 1.2m fast charger cable £2.95. Useless- tablet said 'charging rate slow- use original cable'. Second order was for Samsung USB charger cable £1.95. Perfect. I know there are problems over standards with cables etc. but not within Samsung? Now have spare useless cable and no response from UK MOBILE STORE over refund or changing their description”
