2/3 days turned out to be 8 days though I have to say after several emails the item was sent by courier at no cost to me. I only sent emails because there was no telephone number.

My order never arrived, tried to contact customer services but they haven't replied. I'm having to go through my bank to do a charge back. Terrible service.

My order was placed over two ago, I am still waiting. The customer service which is monosyllabic at best say they are still waiting to hear back from Royal Mail. I am still waiting for a replacement battery for my phone. I have given them ÂŁ10 of my money and as yet have nothing to show for it. Not an admirable way to treat customers.

The usb to HDMI adapter doesn't work. Waste of money, do not buy. Not enough money to waste my time sending it back.

Order for samsung travel adaptor to suit samsong galaxy s 4 with connecting cable , recieved promtly . A micro connector arrived itshould have a been a 7 ?.? . I CONTACTED VIA EMAIL after a number of emails over 2 days they agreed and asked if I wanted a white or black cable . I have yet to receive any cable

Payed additional for next day delivery as this was urgent and took over 4 days to arrive. No offer to refund postage even though I have made contact.

You are advertising a charger specifically for a Samsung Galaxy A 12 ,and Samsung confirm that it cannot work with this model .I have reported this to you with no response whatever!

My experience with UK mobile store was a disaster. I ordered a sim card container opening device. An envelope arrived (paper lined with plastic) but it was empty. In response to my complaint I was told to look more carefully. Having done so, and found nothing, I pointed out that I had paid for the product, and should be provided with it. No response. Is this the way that your customers should be treated?

Very poor. I book and paid for next day delivery ÂŁ4.99 Was never advised at till due to bankholiday tale longer was 5 days until I received the cable. I've asked for refund of the postage and to date not had it return to me. I wouldn't use again. Parcel was all ripped so I believe never used courier just royal mail.

Wrong battery received twice. 1st one may have been my mistake but 2nd definitely was advertised for Galaxy A5 2016 but this was not what was received. I have emailed about returning the items but no reply. Very disappointed.

Maybe you should verify a customer’s email before confirming their account. I continually receive emails from you even though I don’t live in the UK. Unsubscribe doesn’t seem to work.
