I've been asked to review a phone that I purchased that did not arrive on the dates that I was given so I can only say that I will be following up to see if this company actually sent the phone and/or when they are likely to refund me? If this is a problem with the carrier I would suggest finding a different one or perhaps not asking me to review something that hasn't been delivered!

I paid extra for tracked mail 24 and did not received my item and company said they would look into courier, No response so asked for refund and eventually I was asked if I wanted the item pisted with Royal Mail, I answered no, I wanted a refund and then item arrived without warning. I advised I wanted a full refund as no longer needed item and I would return it and no response. All messages arrive at night so presume overseas and customer service dreadful, it has been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund. Stay away from this company.

2 weeks have passed and still no charger. customer service response is too long. I will never use UK mobile store and will advise others not to use it

I already gave my review, but here it is again. Poor show with this Company, lies and deceit. Choose your 'postage' options, but 'they' will decide when to send it to you. I paid for next day, more like 'next week', and when I contacted them via email, ignored, simple :) I asked for my money back (postage wise), ignored. They are very quick to want a review though ;) So here it is, again.

Terrible to do business with. Very reluctant to refund the money for their faulty goods. When you request for a refund they get back to you with silly unnecessary questions like try this and try that.

Absolute Scammers!! Bought off this Company as they say the Samsung Cables are Genuine!! They are definitely not taking around 10 hours to charge 2% either in PC or mains. I contacted Company immediately and only after weeks and a formal complaint did they have the decency to return my emails. They asked several automatic time wasting questions and I answered and also told them as the cables were useless that I had binned them. They replied if I returned the cables they would give a refund!! I then told them to actually read their emails (I had already informed them the cables were binned) and also how bad they were and that they should not be able to sell fake cables stating they were genuine and that I had wasted time effort and especially £10 which is a lot of money. They then replied with a standard automatic reply many thanks regards!! Nuff said totally hopeless - Customer Service non-existent. Would really advise against buying from this Company they are selling fake cables at over the normal fake price rate and then ignore all your complaints and emails. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Despite constantly emailing this company I recently received an order of damaged goods and they are avoiding the issue that I wish to return the item and not incur any postage costs. I have asked on numerous occasions how I can return the item ive attached a photo of the item. The only email I received was dud I receive the item even though I'd emailed about the damaged item after 2 weeks

Very Poor, because at the moment I am writing this review, but I still haven't received order. Order was made 14 days ago. I wrote couple emails asking where is the order, was no respond, but today I received email asking to leave review and after couple hours finally I received reply to my email asking to confirm delivery address.

Ordered phone case paid first class delivery on 10th june its now 24th june n still no phone case. Emailed them 3-4 times and not one reply back. Rubbish
