“I have asked for a refund as the cables do not fit. I have sent numerous emails to Ali byt they won't even reply! Shocking customer service. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Repeated emails to them asking where the second of the charger cables are that I paid for and haven’t got have got me nowhere. I had one reply saying they were going to check with the warehouse and that was over a week ago and still nothing. Not impressed at all.”

“I ordered a samsung mobile battery off you and it was faulty inasmuch that it didn't hold the charge sometimes as little as 30minutes. I wrote to you 4 times but you had not the decency to reply to any of them of them. One star review is all you get and no recommendations to anybody. Give me my money back and I will change my rating”

“I received a faulty battery, it does not charge fully and does not hold any charge once disconnected. I contacted sales team 5 days ago and received no reply. I am raising this with PayPal.”

“Battery supplied was useless, did not hold a charge for more than a few hours without phone being used. Emailed to try and resolve but no communication from seller at all. very disappointed, bought another via ebay. I will not use again.”

“Ordered and paid extra for express delivery on Monday at 10am arrived Thursday 7pm. That in my book is not express delivery. Using the tracking device the courier did not receive the package until the day of the delivery. Very poor service will never use again.”

“The device ordered did not fit despite it saying it was compatible with my device. Also it stated when plugged in an indicator light would come on so you know the device is charging, there is no indicator light!!!”

“Messed up order Messed up order Order 12700110699 Ordered three cables from UK Mobile Store. Received a SIM card holder. Emailed customer services - no response. Emailed a second time through the website and received an email asking for a photo. Sent the photo of the incorrect part received. Five days later - no repose, no update and still have not ordered the parts that I ordered. Have opened a PayPal case. **** BEST AVOIDED *****”

“Horrendous service. Don't touch would be my advice, ordered Note 10 plus cover on 18/5, received email on 18/5 confirming order, then another email same day saying it was on its way, 2-3 working days including Saturday web page says, numerous emails been sent since to UK Mobile Store, fobbed off basically, we'll look into this etc etc, no relevent information though- 1st June today and no case, also no idea where or if its been sent, my gut feeling, this case was showing in stock on 18/5, now sold out last few times I've checked recently, possibly taking money when products not in stock? No refund yet, so contacted my bank to escalate transaction against the company. Royal Mail tracker number also showing nothing since 18/5. Tell the truth I'd say then it wouldn't be an issue. Avoid.”
