"I am very unhappy. Bought a pair of earrings at Gatwick airport, and they broke after using them twice. Contacted customer service to get a full refund. They refused to give me a refund because I bought the item in a store. So I was told I need to return it to a store even if it means 2.5 hours travel for me to the nearest store (Romney Marsh to Tunbridge Wells) and in petrol would cost more than the actual item. If there were more stores across the UK I would understand your policy, but why can't I get refunded online for my purchase that is blatantly faulty, when I am not able to travel that far to a store??? I found the customer service very rigid and unreasonable. I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend it to others either. Very disappointed."

Definitely not my monsoon bridal shoes. Luckily my bank returned my money so not charged. Avoid this website it needs to be taken down!"
