“I’ve just been visiting monsoon at Cabot Circus where I had great attention from the personal shopper. Unable to decide on a new dress Joyce Main came to assist me. She was more than helpful and I left the store a happy customer and look forward to wearing my new dress. Five stars for Joyce”

“Velvet dress.with V in front and back bought in sale, an absolute bargain. Beautiful colour, texture and style. Delivery was swift and efficient. Other reviews suggested that it falls off the shoulder. May I suggest buying ‘hemline’ bra strap fixers. They are extremely inexpensive. A small safety pin secures to the dress shoulder seam and two small tapes wrap around the bra strap, secured by a popper. I have used these for years and can’t be without them..”

“I went into the Cabot Circus, Bristol store today and a very nice lady called Joyce Main came up to me to help me with my shopping. This lady was very knowledgeable about the dresses and items with in the store and told me that she was a personal shopper and could she help me choose dresses that would suit me. I have to say that the whole experience was very enjoyable she was a lovely lady and I purchased three dresses on her recommendation. So please if you are shopping in Cabot Circus Bristol go in and ask for this lady and you’ll be amazed with what you come out with. I give her five stars for service. Ann Breen”

“Visited the store in Patrick Street Cork Ireland yesterday had a wonderful experience,Nadine gave me advice on what to match with my denims .glad I took her advice , in the firing g room was JO another wonderful person and so helpful getting sizes .will definitely shop there. Again .wonderful staff”

“I had to return a dress I had bought my grandaughter to Monsoon in Leeds town centre. Jade, the young lady working in the children's department couldn't have been more helpful. She offered a full refund but when I said I would like to buy a different dress she offered advice about what was available and what would look good together. Thank you Jade and thank you to Monsoon for employing such lovely staff.”

“Today, I went to Monsoon's Regent Street store and bought a smart boy's shirt. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Yesterday, Natalie assisted me with information over the phone. Today, Jackie was at the store and she was also very nice and helpful. Had an enjoyable shopping experience there. Thanks to Natalie and Jackie!”

“This is related to Monsoon on Princes Street, Edinburgh. I visited there last week whilst the 25% offer was on. Unfortunately I did not have my card with me to allow me to get this discount. However, Michelle came to the rescue and put the blouse aside for me to collect later. All the staff were extremely helpful and enjoying having a busy, lively shop to look after. I was able to return later with my Monsoon card and collect my blouse and I would have been very disappointed if I had missed the opportunity to get the blouse in my size. Many thanks Michelle. .”

“Following lack of response from Accessorize online I call at Llandudno store. They were polite friendly, and sorted the problem instantly.Why are we encouraged to shop online when the stores are 1000% better.”
