It would have cost more to fix it than to buying a new one

Thanks for your feedback. We understand it can be disappointing when the cost of restoring a device exceeds its replacement value. Our engineers carried out the structured diagnostic process, and in some cases the work required or the availability of parts makes a repair uneconomical. Returned my item with little or no effort to diagnose the problem, leaving me to look elsewhere. Only good thing was it only cost me the postage. Disappointed!

Our engineers completed the structured diagnostic process for the device, and in some cases no component-level fault is identified that would allow for a reliable repair. We can only report on the condition of the item as received and on the findings recorded during assessment. Had my phantom standard in for some time on tast to see what was wrong with it ..... if they took the top of they would of seen what was wrong . A lead was off 🙌
