“I can only rate 3vstsrs at the moment as I still have not had my item back and I have had to open up a case with yourselves so that you can try and find my item . Hopefully I will get a response very soon but if my item can't be found I would expect a full refund . Sorry”

“I've used EP before and found them.very efficient. On this occasion they said they could fix my Surface Duo phone which need a new microphone and battery. After I had sent it off they then discovered that they couldn't actually get the parts! Better to have said they couldn't fix this brand of phone in the first place. Logistics were fine and the repair process itself was efficient.”

Parts availability is a standard limitation for certain models.
